#2: Polar Bears & Conflicts

It is true that the picture that was all over the news and internet is a hoax. The picture of the polar bear drowning was actually taken a couple of years ago and the media got a hold of it and of course had to blow it out of proportion. The picture was taken in the Alaskan Summer; hence, the ice were gone. Denouncing the photograph is one thing, but we cannot ignore the fact that the polar bears are actually suffering just as Al Gore had presented his documentary "The Inconvenient Truth". As the ice caps are melting the bears are having to travel a greater distance to reach shelter or find food. Polar Bears are not the only animal that are showing those problems. I know the controversies about Global Warming are still going on and we are not going to get a set answer for sure...so what do we do? Do we just sit back and let everything go? So whats going to happen to the bear if Global Warming is actually true?
